WHO ARE WE?
Hi there, we are Rose and Tash.
A couple of years back we both had the CRAZY idea to quit our 9 to 5 jobs so that we could start living our lives authentically.
This BOLD move saw us begin our learning journey delving into the darkest depths of how our mind, brain and bodies are connected.
WHY? Because we were both wracked with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, burnout, health issues & low self esteem.
After implementing many of the practices we now coach into our own lives, it became clear that conscious living gave us freedom from all the SHIT we had been living with prior. We are now living our best lives.
We have walked the talk and are here now to serve YOU❤️
